Materials
- White school glue
- Table salt
- Watercolor paints
- Paintbrush
- Thick paper or cardstock
- Pencils for sketching
Instructions
- Sketch the paw: Lightly draw a large paw shape on your cardstock.
- Apply glue: Trace the outline of the paw with white school glue.
- Add salt: While the glue is still wet, sprinkle table salt over the paw shape.
- Shake off excess salt: Gently shake off leftover salt onto a clean sheet of paper.
- Paint with watercolors: Dip your brush into watercolors and touch the paint to the salt.
Notes
Allow the glue to dry for a few minutes before adding salt for better texture. Use a clean brush for each color.
