Description

Create a unique bird feeder from a pool noodle in a fun and eco-friendly DIY project that brightens up your outdoor space.

Materials

  • 1 pool noodle
  • 2 cups birdseed
  • 1 yard sturdy twine
  • 1 small plastic bowl
  • 1 plastic butter knife

Instructions

  1. Begin by using the plastic knife to cut the pool noodle into 2-inch wide rings.
  2. Thread the twine through the center of each noodle ring to create a garland.
  3. Place the small plastic bowl in the center of the garland.
  4. Fill the bowl with 2 cups of birdseed.
  5. Tie the ends of the twine together to form a loop for hanging.

Notes

You can use a mix of seeds to attract different birds. Ensure the feeder is hung where squirrels cannot easily access it.
