- 1 pool noodle
- 2 cups birdseed
- 1 yard sturdy twine
- 1 small plastic bowl

Instructions
- Begin by using the plastic knife to cut the pool noodle into 2-inch wide rings.
- Thread the twine through the center of each noodle ring to create a garland.
- Place the small plastic bowl in the center of the garland.
- Fill the bowl with 2 cups of birdseed.
- Tie the ends of the twine together to form a loop for hanging.
Notes
You can use a mix of seeds to attract different birds. Ensure the feeder is hung where squirrels cannot easily access it.
