Instructions
- Cut out fish shapes from your paper or cardboard.
- Decorate your fish using markers or crayons.
- Apply glow-in-the-dark paint over the decorated areas.
- Add glitter or sequins while the paint is still wet.
- Let the fish dry completely in a safe area.
- Attach string to hang your fish in a dark corner.
